Oneness, Two-ness, & You-ness

I REMEMBER WHEN… I experienced the unifying force that connects us all. I was teaching a class about how to see energy. The students were asking, “How is it possible to see energy?” I told them this…”We are all connected by a field of energy. It moves in us and through us. It is the air we breathe, the chair we sit in…the seen and unseen.”

AND THEN… I SAW IT! It was as if rippling sparks of goldish-white light started rushing in through everything…like everything was on fire with light. I looked around and this light was unifying the air, the wall, the people…like a background glow to everything that I just never decided to see.

MY EYES ALMOST POPPED OUT OF MY HEAD. My feeble words couldn’t fully describe the class this experience, yet some of them started to catch glimpses of this oneness energy for a fraction of a moment.

WAS THIS REAL? I’d heard about Quantum Physics’ descriptions of the electrons that move in every atom, but that atoms are actually ENERGY. I’d read studies about the unifying field of Energy that connects us all. I’d heard mystics describe the experience of this “Oneness”, but I’d never experienced it for myself.

IT CHANGED ME. When you realize and experience this Oneness, you can never go back to feeling isolated, alone, and disconnected.
